Our proprietor is experienced in this line above 30 years. ‘Chandra Gear’ is focused on manufacturing machinery and mechanical engineering, power transmission gears like worm gear box gear shaft and pinions, racks & pinion gears, winch gears, high mast gears and any type of non gear box etc. we have in house facilities for complete manufacturing to provide receivable and efficient product and services. We are focused to provide a complete gear service from design engineering and product development to complete manufacturer and sales of gears, gear boxes & related power transmission mechanism. Our expert engineers & skilled labors are servicing efficiently.

Our company has a long standing record of executing multi –disciplinary products on different sectors all over India as well as on international sector.

Entire raw material & processing are being checked by chemical composition test.

The important part of our organization are as bellow :

i) All gear box housing & small casting items are being manufactured by no-bake system which reflects unique surface finish compared to other gear box manufacturers.

ii) All forging bars & gears blanks are being produced from classified suppliers. The quality of raw material is being thoroughly checked by classified metallurgist.

iii) All gears & pinions are being thoroughly checked for each and every component. Effective case depths are being checked by
micro-hardness tester prior to grinding operation.

iv) All dimension of our finished components are thoroughly checked by our engineer prior to assembly .

v) All sub-assembly and final gear box assembly are being carried out by highly experienced technical persons.

vi) Finally, we are testing our gear boxes on no-load basis 2 - 4 hours.

Technical Data :-

‘CHANDRA’ ‘CM’ single reduction heavy duty gear units are the result of many years of experience. It is a self contained unit embodying a lubrication system which ensures a positive supply to gears and bearing at all speeds of operation. Gear units are provided with ample rubbings and well proportioned fan to increase thermal rating.

Single piece universal casing having flanges, top & bottom side and also provision for a supporting flange make it possible to have the universal mounting position for the gear boxes such as under driven, over driven or vertical upward & downward. The internal components are, therefore, interchangeable for all the mounting position.
